Joe Freezon, N6CRO, died suddenly February 11, 1998 at the age of 42. He had been a Cactus Radio Club member for several years.
Professionally, he was a computer programmer writing mostly in UNIX. His hobbies included ham radio wherein he enjoyed site construction and maintenance as well as 4-wheeling in the desert.
He was the kind of friend you could always count on to lend a helping hand especially when the chips were down.
Joe was one of a kind and will be sorely missed and countless projects will never materialize because of his untimely passing.
