Reuben Romero, N7RLB, a former SARBA, Inc. member, passed away
this Tuesday morning February 24, 2004. Reuben was quadriplegic as
the result of an accident (fall) many, many years ago. He was an
inspiration to those who knew him and a very good friend to many.
