Operations Manuals

The 2009 Operations Manual has been revised to incorporate various changes made through-out the system during the year 2008. The Operations Manuals are available in the 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" Mini size, 8 1/2" x 11" full size, 3-hole punched paper and 3" Pocket CD.

The 2009 Operations Mini Manuals have a laminated front and rear cover and a spiral binding, allowing the manual to be folded back on itself, for use during traveling.

The 2009 Operations Full Sized Manual is 8 1/2" x 11" full size, 3-hole punched paper. Because of the small demand for the full size manuals, only a few are printed for the annual Cactus Intertie meeting. If you wish to purchase a full size Operations Manual, please make a pre-order request by sending a note to the Cactus Radio Club office or send a e-mail message to Cactus Radio, Inc.:  cactus1 at (@) cactus-intertie (dot) org

This way we will ensure we have enough copies for those members who would like the full size manual. There is only one printing of the full size manuals for the annual Cactus Intertie meeting so once they are gone there will be no more until the following year.

The 2009 Operations Manual 3" Pocket CD is a copy of the Operations Manual readable using Adobe Acro-Reader. The Pocket CD's are available in very limited in quantities. They will be sold at the annual meeting first. If there are CD's left over after the meeting, they will be available by mail order, first come, first served on orders received AFTER THE ANNUAL MEETING.

Affiliate representatives who wish to pre-order manuals (or quantities of other items) for their affiliate group,

Please indicate the quantity of each item desired (minimum pre-package order quantity is 20). The order will be packaged and ready for pick-up at the meeting.

Cactus Radio Club members (not affiliate members) are reminded that their annual dues include one copy of the Mini Operations Manual. The manual can be picked up at the annual meeting. Manuals WILL NOT be automatically mailed to Cactus Radio Club members. If you can not attend the annual meeting and would like your new copy of the mini manual mailed to you, please return your meeting registration slip, send a note to the club office, or an e-mail BEFORE THE ANNUAL MEETING with your name, callsign, address and phone number and request a copy of the manual. The manuals will start to be mailed shortly after the annual meeting.

Quick Reference Cards

The Quick Reference Card is a two (2) sided card that lists all the site names, the Prefix, frequency and CTCSS for all sites on the Cactus Intertie System.

Mini Quick Reference Card is 5" x 7 1/4" and is laminated.
Large Quick Reference Card is 8" x 10" and is laminated.

The Quick Reference Function Card lists the common standard control functions for most Cactus sites.

Mini Quick Reference Function Card is 5" x 7 1/4" and is laminated.

Pictures of the Quick Reference cards are not available because it contains Cactus Intertie System proprietary information.

Teal Green Tee Shirts have a 2 1/2 inch diameter logo on the upper left chest and a 9 inch diameter logo on the back of the shirt. The logos are screen printed in gold. Shirts are available in Medium, Large, Extra Large and Extra Extra Large.

Golf Shirts

Teal Green Golf Shirts have a collar. A 2 1/2 inch diameter logo is located on the upper left chest. Your First Name and Call Sign are located vertically on the right chest. Logo, First Name and Call Sign are embroidered in Gold. If you would like to pick up your Golf Shirt at the annual meeting, print a copy of the Order/Receipt form (click here and print), fill it out and mail it with a check to the Cactus Radio Club. The form and check must be RECEIVED AT THE CLUB MAILING ADDRESS NO LATER than January 15th, 2009 in order to be available by the meeting.

Sweat Shirts

Sweat Shirts are 9 oz., available in White and have a 2 1/2 inch logo on the upper left chest and a 9 inch diameter logo on the back of the sweat shirt. Unfortunately the supplier no long produces the sweat shirts in Teal Green, as in previous years. Logos are screen printed in Gold.

Vinyl Logo Stickers

Vinyl Logo Stickers are green with a white background and are available in a 4 1/2 inches in diameter and in a 1 1/2 inches in diameter size . If you would like to see a picture of a Vinyl Logo Sticker, click here.
