There will be a Cactus Operations training session at the hotel
Friday afternoon beginning at 4:00 pm and ending at 6:00 pm. This
training session is recommended for both old and new members who need
to get a better understanding on the operation of the Cactus Intertie
System and how to function the various remotes. Each person attending
the training session will need to bring their 2013 Cactus Intertie System
Operations Manual
Your Cactus Intertie System membership will be verified at the door
prior to admittance.
Friday Evening
For those of you who plan to arrive on
Friday there will be the usual Get-Together at the Hotel. Festivities
will start approximately at 6:30 pm. This has always turned out to be a great
time for in depth discussions and expression of opinions on lots of
subjects.
An area will be set up for sale of some
merchandise and pick up of quantity purchases previously ordered.
Saturday Morning
Meeting room doors will open at the at
7:30 am for registration. The meeting will start promptly at 8:30. If
you need a registration form, or if you plan to purchase some items,
pick up a blank Registration Form and/or Order/Receipt Form in the
atrium and fill them out prior to making your purchase. Registration
forms and Order/Receipt Forms will be available at the Friday
gathering and at 7:00 am outside the meeting room door. Blank
Registration Forms and/or Order/Receipt Forms can also be downloaded
from this web site. This should help speed things up and cut down on
waiting in line.
We will have a break for lunch at 12:00 and
the meeting will resume at 1:30. There are a number of places in the
area for lunch.
Don't forget to buy your
raffle tickets! All the prizes will be on a table for viewing
in the meeting room. Prizes will be raffled off periodically during
the meeting.
Saturday Evening
The meeting is planned to be completed at 5:00 pm. A dinner will be held at the Hotel starting at 6:00 pm. Don't forget to make your reservation for the dinner on your registration slip. The dinner is the primary means for keeping the cost of the meeting reasonable. We would like to ask for everyone's participation in the dinner. Non-Cactus members may attend the dinner. The dinner is a choice of one of the following entrees': Stuffed Chicken Breast, Seared Salmon, Beef Tenderloin or Spinach Raviloi.
The drop dead date for dinner reservations is Friday, February 22nd! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
DINNERS ARE ADVANCE PURCHASE ONLY. TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL!
Verbal Dinner Reservations can be forwarded to Mel, WA6JBD. Please make sure your dinner reservation with payment is included with your meeting registration that is mailed to the Cactus Intertie, Inc.
Join us for a great dinner!!
A no host bar will open at 5:30pm and the dinner buffet will begin at 6:00pm.
