The 2010 Cactus Intertie System meeting will be hosted by Cactus Radio, Inc.. The meeting will be held on Saturday, March 6th at the Ontario Airport Marriott Hotel in Ontario, California. The Ontario Airport Marriott Hotel is located at 2200 East Holt Boulevard, Ontario, Ca., adjacent to the Ontario International Airport. You may also call the Ontario Airport Marriott Hotel directly at (909) 975-5000 or Fax at (909) 975-5051. Reservations are now being taken. Make sure you request the Cactus Radio Club group name to receive the group discount rate.

Room reservations must be made NO LATER THAN February 11, 2010 to receive the group discount rate - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you make your reservations after February 11, 2010 you will be charged the full price room rate on a space available basis.

Room rates are $74.00 (add 11.75% tax plus 0.065% California Tourism Assessment Fee), single or double occupancy.

The discounted group room rates are available for two (2) days prior and two (2) days following the meeting, 3/4 thru 3/8, 2010.

Individual room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a one (1) nights room and tax charge to the credit card on file.

There is NO RV parking available at the hotel. RVs parked at the hotel will be charged the full hotel room rate. Please contact Tom Dollarhide, K6TMD, for  information about RV parking close to the hotel.

Transportation

For those people that will be using commercial airline transportation to the meeting, you should fly into Ontario International Airport (airport code - ONT). You can take the complementary hotel shuttle.

  Friday afternoon there will be a Cactus Intertie System Training session held at the hotel from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

For those of you who arrive on Friday, there will be the usual evening gathering starting at approximately 6:30 pm. Don't miss this fun activity. The 2010 Operations Manuals will be available to purchase and bulk orders will be available for pickup at this time.

Meeting Registration will open at 7:30 Saturday morning. The meeting will start at 8:30 and end at 5:00. You must be a member of Cactus Intertie System (i.e. be a member of a Cactus Intertie Affiliate or  Cactus Radio, Inc) to attend the meeting! There will be a lunch break from 12:00 to 1:30.

New for 2010, you can now pay your membership dues, meeting registration and banquet dinner fees using PayPal. In addition, you may make a donation to Cactus Radio Club, Inc.

Included in the pricing below is the PayPal service fee per transaction. The fees indicated below have the service fee included and were then rounded to the whole dollar to make the accounting easier so all you will need to do is select the option you desire.
