The 2012 Cactus Intertie System meeting will be hosted by Colorado River Remote Base Association (CRRBA). The meeting will be held on Saturday, March 3rd at the Hampton Inn Lake Havasu City  in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Lake Havasu City, Arizona is on the California/Arizona boarder about 150 miles south of Las Vegas off of Highway 95.

Room reservations must be made NO LATER THAN Friday February 15th, 2012 to receive the group discount rate - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you make your reservations after February 15th, 2012 you will be charged the full price room rate on a space available basis.

Room rates are $89 per night (not including taxes) for two (2) Queen beds or one (1) King bed.

The discounted group room rates are available from Thursday, 3/1, thru Sunday, 3/4 2012.

Individual room reservations must be cancelled prior to 6:00pm on the scheduled arrival day to avoid a one (1) nights room and tax charge to the credit card on file.

There is plenty of RV parking available at the hotel.

Transportation

For those people that will be using commercial airline transportation to the meeting, you can fly into the following airports:

Lake Havasu City Airport for Private aircraft. Drive time is approximately 15 minutes, 8 miles south on Hwy 95. Turn right on S. Palo Verde. Left on London Bridge Rd.

Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (airport code - LAS). Lake Havasu City is approximately a three (3) hour drive, Hwy. 95 South to Hwy. 95 in CA. South to I-40 East - Exit 9

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (airport code - PHX). Lake Havasu City is approximately a four (4) hour drive, West on I-10, North on Hwy. 95, stay on Hwy 95 through Lake Havasu. turn left on Mesquite (London Bridge Rd.)

  Friday afternoon there will be a Cactus Intertie System Training session held at the hotel from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

For those of you who arrive on Friday, there will be the usual evening gathering starting at approximately 6:30 pm. Don't miss this fun activity. The 2012 Operations Manuals will be available to purchase and affiliate bulk orders will be available for pickup at this time.

Registration will open at 7:30 Saturday morning. The meeting will start at 8:30 and end at 5:00. You must be a member of Cactus Intertie System (i.e. be a member of a Cactus Intertie Affiliate or  Cactus Intertie, Inc) to attend the meeting! There will be a lunch break from approximately 12:00 to 1:30.
